I am a senior economist and fiscal policy expert with over a decade of experience
bridging the gap between macroeconomic theory and real-world government decision-making. My work
spans national governments, international financial institutions, and high-level advisory roles
across Latin America, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
Currently, I serve as a Short-Term Consultant for the World Bank Group, where I
developed a Medium-Term Macro-Fiscal Framework (MTMF) now used by Bhutan's Ministry of Finance
for official forecasts. Simultaneously, I serve as Senior Advisor at a confidential
Government Agency at the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030's
macroeconomic oversight through advanced forecasting models and investment appraisal frameworks.
In Argentina, I served as Advisor to the Minister and Chief of Staff to the Secretary
of Treasury, where I led budget formulation, participated in IMF negotiations that
secured a landmark Extended Fund Facility agreement, and co-designed Argentina's first
gender-disaggregated budget statement. I believe that rigorous economic analysis, when applied
with political acuity, can drive real and lasting institutional change.
